Wheres the Iconical Cloud?

Great idea, simple layout, but not much much use if I dont have any alternative app icon graphics to import. The app says it will make our submissions available to the Iconical Cloud for other users, but I cant figure out how to access or browse the Iconical Clound. Happy to update my review once this changes. If its a future feature you need to explain this to your users.
